How to book and pay?
​- Contact us through the reservation form, email.
- After confirming availability, a part of the total sum is necessary to book the apartment. Accepted methods of payment are: bank money transfer and Paypal (all major credit cards accepted).
- You will pay the balance at the arrival or 15 days before your arrival
- All payments must be in Euros.

What is included in the rent?
- The apartment is rented completely furnished and fully equipped (Linen and Towels are included in the price)
- A final cleaning charge of 80 € (150 € for La Sinagoga Suite) and utility bills (gas, water, electricity and WI FI connection) will be deducted from the security deposit only for rentals over 7 days.

Is there a security deposit?
- A security deposit of minimum € 150 - depending on the lenght of the stay - is due on arrival. It will be TOTALLY returned to you at the end of the stay if no damage takes place

What about the cancellation policy?
​- Up to 8 weeks no cancellation charge
- 4-8 weeks 50% of deposit refunded
- 2-4 weeks 25% of deposit refunded
- Less than 2 weeks no refund

​Check in and check out
- Check in time: by arrangement with the owner, from 3 pm to 8 pm
​- Check out time: by arrangement with the owner, by 10 am.
In case of late arrival: from 8 to 10 pm, 30 € fee will be applied, from 10 to 11.55 pm 50 €.

​What about documents?
At your arrival we need to receive the photocopies of documents for all group members, since law requires your presence to be communicated to the local police within 24 hours from arrival.

​Is the apartment in a limited traffic zone?
The apts are in a limeted traffic zone. You can not park in the area, ask us about the special agreement with the garage located 30 metres far from the apts.
