The apartment is located on the second floor (without lift) of an historic building, Palazzo Gaddi, in San Lorenzo district, in the bright square of  Madonna degli Aldobrandini where you can find the famous Medici Chapels. Duomo, Piazza della Signoria and the railway station are within a 3 minutes walk. The historical Mercato Centrale is just two blocks away.

As you enter the apartment  (renovated and redecorated in November 2021, 70 mq) you will find a bright, soft, gentle flat: the spacious and sunny living room with a brown sofa double bed, a brown sofa and a square glass table with 4 comfortable modern chairs, the red kitchen separated from the living room  with a semi-circle wall. Two wooden steps bring the guest to the sleeping area: one bedroom with a new king size bed, a spacious wardrobe and a useful desk with 2 red chairs, the other  bedroom with 1 single bed, a wardrobe with shutters in mirror, a useful desk with a lovely stool. Between the 2 bedrooms there is a modern bathroom with a beautiful shower.

The apartment is quite and peaceful..
There is a garage (special rate for our guests) located just 30 metres from the property, ideal for those wanting to hire a car during their stay.
All the monuments are just within few minutes walking away.
At few metres from the flat you have refine shops, grocery, bakery...theatre, traditional florentine restaurants, fashion bars, cafes etc…
